Our friend Tanya Trofimencoff is collaborating with us this year to provide some nutritional insights to our community and co-lead some retreats for the first time ever! She is a holistic nutrition counsellor and owner of DNC Wellness in Saint John. Here's more information about her current services.

Hours are limited to Saturdays for workshops/retreats and/or 1-on-1 with space for 2 clients max at a time. Here is a detailed description of 1-on-1 services :
1-on-1 Client Packages
$800/package
1h30min sessions
4 sessions total
Includes complimentary 15-min discovery session
Clients choose from 1 of these 5 Pillars of Wellness to start. They do not have to do all of them, each package is separate.
- BODY GROUNDING FOR PRESENCE
The Body Talks
Your nervous system, rest, and discovering pains & comforts.
Danger & Safety
Understand your current experience of safety vs. danger. Then learn how to re-wire the brain’s perceptions to increase the awareness of safety in your life.
Grounding Techniques
Head to toe awareness/meditation exercises along with a focus on jaw releases, kidney dropping, and the power of music and sounds.
Body Movement and Sleep
Connect to your body’s natural need for movement (explore somatic movement). Release body toxins, emotions & feelings, repair and regenerate.

Nutrition Assessment
Food journal, assessment to understand nutrition choices and identify deficiencies.
Nutrition Basics
See where you’re ready to make changes and set achievable goals.
Fridge & Pantry Makeover (consider doing a group event/workshop)

Wellness Workshops
- PILLARS OF WELLNESS AS WORKSHOPS
Participants choose 1 of the 5 wellness packages.
6-week program $800/person
2.5 hours every Saturday morning
Minimum participants 12, maximum 20.
Deposit required ($100/person)
All workshops are in groups either online or in-person (depending on venue availability)

For individuals or groups, businesses, and corporations.
3-hours maximum
Rates are dependent on the following factors:
- Wellness subject requested
- Number of participants
- Materials required
- Travel costs
- Preparation time to develop the workshop
- Client budget

Yearly workshops to be held outdoors on Saturdays, dates weather dependent.
