We’ve finally come to our first week of produce boxes for fall 2024!
It is with great joy that I welcome you to our new season. We are very happy to have several subscriptions ordered already, and will be putting together a limited number of additional one-off boxes for those wanting them. So if you are thinking of ordering for this week, please do so now!
This week, we are working with Ferme Terre Partagee, La Fleur du Pommier, Noggins Farm, Nature’s Route Farm, Red Top Ranch, Bate’s Farm, Gordon Gamble, City Aquaponics, Heartwood Acres, Ferme Les Digues, Fullerton Farms and Pumpkin Patch to get you your produce! I love love love this time of year when more producers have food available and we can support a broad range of farmers.
If you’re looking for eggs, you may have noticed that we no longer carry them in our online store. Provincial regulations prevent us from carrying what I really want to: eggs from free-run chickens on small farms fed non-GMO feed. So instead of selling them, we’re opting for having you order eggs on a subscription basis directly from the farmers, and we will act as the pickup/delivery service by adding them to your produce boxes. Please get in touch if you want more details on that option.
We’ve stocked up on cheese, honey and frozen no-spray blueberries, all of which you can find in our shop’s Grocery Add Ons section.
Our team is pumped to serve you again this season. Find the information you need for this week’s boxes below:
