Season In Review: Farmers & Hubs
Share
This season of LifeDirt produce boxes has come to an end and we wanted to highlight all the farms we had the opportunity to work with this year!
We have worked directly with 38 different growers across the Maritimes, and indirectly with others through our partners at Noggins Corner Market and Pumpkin Patch. We have also received imported items through our partner Mirage Foods. Additionally, we have sourced from 20 other local vendors for our grocery add on products!

Although we do not have a local food hub in Southwestern New Brunswick, we are grateful to Noggins Corner Market for providing that service in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley. We are also grateful to Pumpkin Patch in Saint John and Ferme Les Digues in Grande Digue for their dedication to connecting local producers and consumers. Serge Bourgeois from Les Digues and Ethan Weber from Mountain View Produce have been especially helpful in this regard this past year. We are doing what we can to cut down on vehicles on the road by sharing assets and costs between us.
Thank you to our community for making a difference in the lives of all these people and their families and communities in turn. It is a beautiful network to be part of and it would not exist without your support.
