LifeDirt FAQ - Your Subscription Guide
Welcome to LifeDirt! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. Here’s everything you need to know about your produce box subscription.
1. When Will My Box Be Available?
Your produce box will be available on the following dates: April 24, May 8, May 22, June 5, June 19.
You can pick up your box at Stirling's Farm Gate Market, 666 Rothesay Ave, Saint John during the hours of 12-2pm or 4-6pm.
Delivery times vary depending on location. Each customer will receive an email from us with more details the Wednesday of produce box week (the day before pickups/deliveries).
2. How Do I Pause My Subscription?
If you need to miss a week of produce boxes, you can easily pause your subscription from your account or contact us at least one week before the next box goes out.
• If you forget to pause and your card has already been charged, we will donate your box to someone in need or to a partner non-profit organization.
3. Can I Purchase Eggs with My Produce Box?
Yes! Please contact us for the contact information of our partner farmer, so that you can order directly from them.
4. How Do I Adjust My Swap Requests?
If you’d like to adjust the produce in your box, simply contact us at the beginning of your subscription period and let us know what produce items you would prefer not to include.
• We’re unable to accommodate one-off swap requests
• If you want to exchange items at pickup time, feel free to use the Swap Box at your pickup location.
5. Can I Change My Delivery or Pickup Arrangements?
If you need to make any changes to your delivery or pickup arrangements, please let us know before the next box goes out, and we will make the adjustments.
6. What Happens If There’s a Mistake with My Order?
Mistakes happen, and we’re here to make things right! If we miss an item, or if something is off with your produce:
• Notify us within 2 days of receiving your box, and we’ll either replace the item or offer a refund.
• For anything else, contact us directly, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
